These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and kk34 ("we", "us", "the Platform", "kk34"). They govern your access to and use of the kk34 website, mobile platform, games, betting services, and all associated features available at kk34.bet. By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using any part of the kk34 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in your country or territory of residence.
• You will only open one account per person. Multiple accounts by the same individual are strictly prohibited and will result in account closure and forfeiture of any balances.

kk34 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the account lifecycle. This includes but is not limited to: government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and confirmation of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension pending verification completion.

To access the full features of the kk34 platform, you must register a personal account using a valid Bangladesh mobile number. Each individual may hold only one active account. During registration you will be required to provide accurate personal information. The account registration process is as follows:

• Provide a valid Bangladesh mobile number that you own and control. This number becomes your unique account identifier and is used for login and account recovery.
• Set a strong password that you do not use for any other service. kk34 will never ask for your password by email, telephone, or chat message.
• You are solely responsible for all activity conducted under your account. Do not share your login credentials with any third party.
• Notify kk34 support immediately via [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. kk34 cannot be held responsible for losses resulting from authorised or unauthorised access where you have failed to secure your credentials.

kk34 reserves the right to close, restrict, or suspend any account that is found to breach these Terms, to have been registered with false information, or that is associated with fraudulent activity. In such cases, kk34 may withhold any balance pending investigation. If a fraudulent origin of funds is confirmed, kk34 reserves the right to permanently close the account and report the matter to relevant authorities.

kk34 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay — the four major Bangladesh mobile wallet payment rails. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals on the kk34 platform:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit limit, though kk34 reserves the right to impose account-level deposit caps as part of responsible gaming or fraud prevention controls.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. kk34 does not process withdrawals to different wallets or accounts from the one used to fund the balance.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is within the same business day for verified accounts. Withdrawals on accounts pending KYC verification may be delayed until verification is complete.
• kk34 does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile wallet provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) may apply their own transaction fees independent of kk34.
• Funds deposited into a kk34 account must be used for gaming activity. kk34 reserves the right to decline withdrawal requests where the platform is used as a payment pass-through with minimal or no gaming activity on the account.

All transactions on kk34 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). kk34 does not accept cryptocurrency, foreign currency transfers, or international card payments. Funds deposited to your kk34 account do not accrue interest and are held separately from kk34 operational funds, providing an additional layer of player fund protection.

kk34 offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and returning players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal offers tied to Bangladesh cultural events such as Eid and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated at the time of the promotion:

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus wallet. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings generated after satisfying the applicable wagering requirement may be withdrawn as real money.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per account, and per household. kk34 will void bonus claims where multiple accounts or coordinated bonus abuse is identified.
• The wagering requirement multiplier applicable to each bonus will be stated clearly in the individual promotion terms. The standard wagering requirement on kk34 welcome bonuses is 30x the bonus amount, unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses expire if the wagering requirement is not completed within the timeframe specified in the promotion terms. Upon expiry, both the bonus amount and any associated pending winnings are forfeited.
• kk34 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time. Changes will be communicated via the platform or by email. Continued participation in the promotion after such notification constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Bonuses are provided for recreational gaming purposes only. Players who demonstrate patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to placing opposing bets across multiple accounts, using software to track bonus conditions, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotional terms, will have their accounts suspended and all bonus-related winnings forfeited without notice.

kk34 is committed to providing a safe gaming environment. The platform includes a suite of responsible gaming tools available to all registered account holders. kk34 strictly enforces the 21+ age policy and will take immediate action where underage gambling is suspected. The following responsible gaming features are available on request or via account settings:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much you can deposit into your kk34 account. Once set, deposit limits can be decreased immediately but increases require a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session time reminders: Configure notifications to alert you when you have been logged in and actively playing for a specified duration, helping you manage time spent on the platform.

• Using the platform or account for any form of money laundering, structuring of transactions, or any other activity prohibited under Bangladesh financial regulation.
• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any software designed to exploit game mechanics, gain unfair advantage, or manipulate outcomes on any game or betting market.
• Colluding with other players, kk34 employees, or any third party to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or promotional competition offered by kk34.
• Providing false or misleading personal information during registration, identity verification, or at any other stage of the account lifecycle.

kk34 employs real-time fraud detection and monitoring systems. Accounts identified as engaging in any form of prohibited conduct will be immediately flagged for review. During any active investigation, the account and associated funds will be frozen. kk34's determination in matters of prohibited conduct is final.

All content on the kk34 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, data compilations, and the overall design and structure of the site, is the proprietary property of kk34 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the kk34 platform solely for personal recreational gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any kk34 content in any medium without the prior written consent of kk34. Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any portion of the kk34 platform software is strictly prohibited. Unauthorised commercial use of kk34 content, branding, or game assets is a breach of these Terms and may give rise to civil or criminal liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kk34 excludes all liability for losses or damages of any kind arising from your use of the platform. Specifically, kk34 shall not be liable for:

• Financial losses arising from gaming activity, including losses resulting from technical errors, disconnections, or interruptions during active game sessions, provided kk34 acts in good faith to investigate and resolve reported incidents.
• Indirect, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind, including loss of profit, loss of data, or reputational damage, whether arising from contract, tort, or any other legal theory.
• Service interruptions or platform downtime, including scheduled maintenance periods. kk34 will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned maintenance windows but cannot guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the platform at all times.

Nothing in these Terms limits kk34's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. The total aggregate liability of kk34 to you under these Terms, in any circumstances, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your kk34 account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

kk34 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. kk34 uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect data in transit and implements industry-standard security protocols to protect stored data. kk34 does not sell personal data to third parties. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.
